The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 And mentions the name of his Lord and prays. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
