Pray, “My Lord! If You show me the promise they are given,” 93 "My Lord! Then (save me from Your Punishment), and put me not amongst the people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doing)." 94 And indeed We are Able to show you the promise they are given. 95 Repel evil with the best deeds; We well know the matters that they fabricate. 96 And say "O my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee from the suggestions of the Evil Ones. 97 O my Lord, I seek refuge in You lest they attend me' 98 (But the unbelievers will persist) until when death comes to one of them he will say: "O Lord, send me back again 99 "So that I may do good in that which I have left behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks, and behind them is Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown there will be no lineage among them that Day, nor will they ask of each other. 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 And those whose scales are light are those who lose their souls, in hell abiding. 103 The fire shall scorch their faces, and they therein shall be in severe affliction. 104 “Were not My verses recited to you, so you used to deny them?” 105 'Lord' they will reply, 'adversity prevailed over us and we were erring. 106 O our Lord! take us forth from it; then if we return, we shall be wrong-doers indeed. 107 He will say, "Remain despised therein and do not speak to Me. 108 Lo! there was a party of My slaves who said: Our Lord! We believe, therefor forgive us and have mercy on us for Thou art Best of all who show mercy; 109 "But ye treated them with ridicule, so much so that (ridicule of) them made you forget My Message while ye were laughing at them! 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this day forasmuch as they were steadfast in that they, even they, are the triumphant. 111 He will say, “How long did you stay on earth, counting by the number of years? 112 They will say, “We stayed a day or part of a day, so ask those who keep count.” 113 He will say: You did tarry but a little-- had you but known (it): 114 "Did ye then think that We had created you in jest, and that ye would not be brought back to Us (for account)?" 115 High Exalted be Allah, the King, the Truth. There is no god except He, the Lord of the Noble Throne. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 And say: 'My Lord, forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of the merciful' 118
