Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
The life of this world is nothing but sport and a diversion. It is the life of the Hereafter which is the only true life, if they but knew it. 64 And when they mount upon the ships they pray to Allah, making their faith pure for Him only, but when He bringeth them safe to land, behold! they ascribe partners (unto Him), 65 that they may be ungrateful for the rescue that We granted them, and that they may revel in the pleasures (of the present life). Soon they shall come to know. 66 Have the (pagans) not seen that We have made the holy precinct a safe place while all the people around are suffering terror. Do they believe in falsehood and disbelieve in God's bounties? 67 And who is more unjust than one who fabricates lies against Allah, or denies the truth* when it comes to him? Is there not a place in hell for disbelievers? (* The Holy Prophet and / or the Holy Qur’an). 68 We shall guide those who strive in Our cause to the paths leading straight to Us. Surely God is with those who do good. 69
True are the words of God the Almighty.
