▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 And verily that is a mighty oath, if ye but knew! 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 (This Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 And you are at that time looking on - 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 That you bring it back, if you are truthful? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 and the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
