Al-Mulk 2 of 2
It is He who made the earth subservient to you that you may travel all around it, and eat of things He has provided; and to Him will be your resurrection. 15 Do you feel secure that He Who is in the heaven will not cause the earth to cave in with you, and then suddenly it will begin to rock violently? 16 Do you feel secure that the One in the heavens will not strike you with a sandstorm? You will soon know, with the coming of the torment, how serious Our warning was. 17 Those who have gone before you also belied (their Messengers) then how was My disapproval! 18 Do they not see the birds above them spreading and closing their wings? None save the Merciful sustains them. Surely, He observes all things. 19 Or, who is it that shall be your host to help you, other than the Merciful? Indeed, the unbelievers are only deluded. 20 Who is he that can provide for you, should He withhold His provision? Aye! they persists in perverseness and aversion. 21 Is he who goeth groping on his face more rightly guided, or he who walketh upright on a straight road? 22 Say: "It is He Who has created you (and made you grow), and made for you the faculties of hearing, seeing, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give. 23 Say: "It is He who has multiplied you on earth; and it is unto Him that you shall be gathered [on resurrection]." 24 They ask: When will this promise be (fulfilled)? - If ye are telling the truth. 25 Say: The knowledge is with Allah only, and I am but a plain warner; 26 But when they will behold it proximating sad will be the countenances of those who disbelieve, and it will be said: this is that which ye have been calling for. 27 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “What is your opinion –Allah may either destroy me and those with me, or have mercy on us – so who is such that will protect the disbelievers from the painful punishment?” 28 Say, "He is the Most Gracious: we believe in Him and we put our trust in Him. You will soon come to know who is in evident error." 29 Say: Have you considered if your water should go down, who is it then that will bring you flowing water? 30

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
