[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
