Say: 'I am only a warner. There is not any god but God, the One, the Omnipotent, 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving." 66 Say, "This is momentous news, 67 but you have turned away from it. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 It has not been revealed to me except that I am a clear warner." 70 When your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man from clay; 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 And the angels did obeisance, all of them, 73 But not Iblis: he was proud and he was one of the unbelievers. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 He said: I am better than he; Thou hast created me of fire, and him Thou didst create of dust. 76 He said: Go forth from hence, for lo! thou art outcast, 77 and My curse shall remain upon you till the Day of Resurrection.” 78 He said: my Lord! respite me till the Day whereon they are raised up. 79 The Lord said, "You will only be given a respite 80 till the Day of the known time' 81 He (satan) said: 'I swear by Your Might, that I will seduce all of them 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 He said: The truth then is and the truth do I speak: 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 Say, "I do not ask you for any recompense for this, nor am I a man of false pretentions: 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
