We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 And the earth! We have stretched it forth beneath; an excellent Spreader are We! 48 And of everything created We two kinds; haply you will remember. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 Likewise, there came no messenger to those before them, but they said, "He is a sorcerer or a madman." 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 I have not created the jinns and men but to worship Me. 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
