Al-Inshiqaaq
The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
25 verses, revealed in Mecca after Shattering (Al-Infitaar) before The Romans (Al-Room)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the heavens are rent asunder 1 and obeys its Lord as it must, 2 And when the earth is flattened out, 3 and casts forth what is in it, and voids itself, 4 and gives ear to its Lord, and is fitly disposed! 5 Human being, you strive hard to get closer to your Lord, and so you will certainly receive the recompense (of your deeds). 6 Then as for him who is given his book in his right hand, 7 he shall surely receive an easy reckoning 8 And will return to his family in joy! 9 But he who is given his ledger from behind his back 10 they will say, "Woe to us!" 11 And he will enter a Blazing Fire. 12 Verily, he was among his people in joy! 13 Verily he imagined that he would not be back. 14 But he will indeed! His Lord was ever watching him. 15 So I swear by the twilight glow 16 And by the night and all that it enshroudeth, 17 And by oath of the moon when it is full. 18 Surely ye shall ride layer upon layer. 19 So, what is the matter with them that they do not believe, 20 And that, when the Qur'an is read unto them, they prostrate not them-selves! ۩ 21 But those who have disbelieved deny, 22 and Allah knows very well what they gather. 23 Wherefore announce thou unto them a torment afflictive. 24 Except those who believe and do good; for them is a reward that shall never be cut off. 25
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
