Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 They claim: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken a son to Himself." 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting. 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
