Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 to those who make display 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
True are the words of God the Almighty.
