Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Competition in [worldly] increase diverts you 1 Until you visit the graveyards. 2 But no, indeed, you shall soon know. 3 And once again: Nay, in time you will come to understand! 4 Nay, would that you knew with certainty of knowledge (what your attitude will lead to, you would never have acted the way you do). 5 You should most certainly have seen the hell; 6 Again, ye shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 Then, on that day, you will be questioned about the bounties (of God). 8
