Do the disbelievers reckon that they can choose My bondmen as protecting friends beside Me? Lo! We have prepared hell as a welcome for the disbelievers. 102 Say, (O Muhammad): "Shall We tell you who will be the greatest losers in respect of their works? 103 Those whose striving goes astray in the present life, while they think that they are working good deeds. 104 "They are those who deny the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord and the Meeting with Him (in the Hereafter). So their works are in vain, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall not give them any weight. 105 That is their reward, Hell, because they rejected Faith, and took My Signs and My Messengers by way of jest. 106 As for those who believe and do good works, the Gardens of Paradise shall be there to welcome them; 107 Wherein they will abide, with no desire to be removed from thence. 108 Say, "If the sea were ink for [writing] the words of my Lord, the sea would be exhausted before the words of my Lord were exhausted, even if We brought the like of it as a supplement." 109 Say, "I am only a mortal like you but I have received revelation that there is only one Lord. Whoever desires to meet his Lord should strive righteously and should worship no one besides Him. 110
