Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for him who dreadeth the standing before his Lord will be two Gardens. 46 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 47 Of spreading branches. 48 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 49 In them (both) will be two springs flowing (free) 50 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 51 In both of them, there will be two kinds of every fruit. 52 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 53 [They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low. 54 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 55 Therein shall be those of refraining looks whom before them hath deflowered neither man nor jinn. 56 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 57 (In beauty) like the jacynth and the coral-stone. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 59 Is there any reward for good other than good? 60 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). 62 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 63 Both inclining to blackness. 64 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 65 In which will be two fountains gushing forth. 66 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 67 In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates. 68 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 71 Fair ones, close-guarded in pavilions - 72 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 73 untouched by jinn or mankind before. 74 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 75 Reclining upon cushions green and carpets beauteous. 76 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 77 HALLOWED be thy Sustainer's name, full of majesty and glory! 78
