Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 Raging Fire. 11
