Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

THE AVARICE OF plenitude keeps you occupied 1 Till you reach the grave. 2 Lo! presently ye shall know. 3 Again, no indeed, you shall soon know. 4 Nay, would that you knew with certainty of knowledge (what your attitude will lead to, you would never have acted the way you do). 5 Surely ye shall behold the Scorch. 6 Then you shall most certainly see it with the eye of certainty; 7 On that Day, you shall be questioned about the pleasures. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
