Al-Jinn 2 of 2

Say, [O Muhammad], "I only invoke my Lord and do not associate with Him anyone." 20 Say: Lo! I control not hurt nor benefit for you. 21 Say: "No one can deliver me from Allah (If I were to disobey Him), nor should I find refuge except in Him, 22 (Mine is) but conveyance (of the Truth) from Allah, and His messages; and whoso disobeyeth Allah and His messenger, lo! his is fire of hell, wherein such dwell for ever. 23 Till, when they see that which they are promised, then they will know who it is that is weaker concerning helpers and less important concerning numbers. 24 Say: 'I do not know whether that which you are promised is nigh, or whether my Lord will appoint for it a space; 25 He alone has knowledge of what is hidden. He reveals this to none, 26 Save unto an apostle chosen. And then He causeth to go before him and behind him a guard. 27 That He may know that they have preached the message of their Lord. And He comprehendeth whatever is with them, and He keepeth count of everything numbered. 28

God the Almighty always says the truth.
