Say: "I am only a warner, and there is no other god but God, the one, the omnipotent, 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving." 66 Say: 'It is a mighty tiding 67 From which you turn away. 68 (Tell them): “I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing. 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 (Remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Truly, I am going to create man from clay". 71 after I have shaped him and breathed of My spirit (I created) into him, fall down prostrate before him' 72 all the angel then prostrated themselves 73 except iblis (satan, the father of the jinn), he became too proud, for he was one of the unbelievers. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 and My curse shall remain upon you till the Day of Resurrection.” 78 He (satan) replied: 'Respite me my Lord till the Day of Resurrection' 79 [Allah] said, "So indeed, you are of those reprieved 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 [Whereupon Iblis] said: "Then [I swear] by Thy very might: I shall most certainly beguile them all into grievous error 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 (God) said: "This is right by Me, and what I say is right. 84 That I will most certainly fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all. 85 Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this (Qur'an), nor am I a pretender. 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 And most certainly you will come to know about it after a time. 88
