The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Woe to every slanderer and backbiter 1 Who pileth up wealth and layeth it by, 2 He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. 3 By no means! He will be sure to be thrown into That which Breaks to Pieces, 4 What shall let you know what the Crusher is? 5 It is the Fire kindled by Allah, 6 which shall oversee the hearts, 7 Surely it shall be closed over upon them, 8 in endless columns! 9

Almighty Allah's Truth.
