[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He lifted up its vault, and levelled it, 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 On the Day when they see it, they will feel as if they had tarried in this world for only one evening or one morning. 46
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
