Have you not seen how We send down to the unbelievers satans who prick them? 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 So We have made it easy in thine tongue in order that thou mayest thereby give glad tidings unto the Godfearing and warn thereby a people contentious. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
