Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Hast thou received the story of the Enveloper? 1 Faces on that Day shall be downcast, 2 Labouring, striving hard. 3 roasting at a scorching fire, 4 and will be made to drink from a fiercely boiling spring. 5 they shall have no food but thorns, 6 which neither sustains, nor satisfy hunger. 7 (Other) faces, that Day, will be joyful, 8 well-pleased with their striving. 9 In an elevated garden, 10 Never hearing idle talk. 11 Countless springs will flow therein, 12 raised couches, 13 And cups put in place 14 And cushions ranged! 15 and well spread carpets. 16 Will they not regard the camels, how they are created? 17 how the heavens are raised up high, 18 And at the mountains, how they are rooted? 19 And at the earth, how it is outspread? 20 Therefore advise; indeed you are a proclaimer of advice. (The Holy Prophet is a Remembrance from Allah.) 21 you are not their keeper. 22 But if any turn away and reject Allah,- 23 him will God cause to suffer the greatest suffering [in the life to come]: 24 For to Us will be their return; 25 And Ours their reckoning. 26

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
