۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 and We saved Moses and all who were with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
