And indeed We have created man and We know what his soul instils in him; and We are nearer to him than the hearts artery. 16 When the two (angels) who keep the account, one sitting on the right, one on the left, take it down, 17 The human being will certainly experience the agony of death 18 Lo, the agony of death has indeed come with the Truth. That is what you had sought to avoid. 19 And the trumpet will be blown: this is the Day of the Threatening. 20 And there shall come every soul therewith shall be a driver and a witness. 21 (And the driver will say:) "You were oblivious of this, so we have removed the veil, and how keen is your sight today!" 22 And his companion, [the angel], will say, "This [record] is what is with me, prepared." 23 [Allah will say], "Throw into Hell every obstinate disbeliever, 24 Hinderer of good, transgressor, doubter, 25 Who set up with Allah another god. So cast him ye twain into the torment severe. 26 ۞ His companion said: “I did not incite him to rebel; he was far gone into error of his own accord.” 27 He will say: "Dispute not with each other in My Presence: I had already in advance sent you Warning. 28 The Sentence that comes from Me cannot be changed, and I am not unjust (to the least) to the slaves." 29
