The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
