Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
