Establish regular prayers - at the sun's decline till the darkness of the night, and the morning prayer and reading: for the prayer and reading in the morning carry their testimony. 78 And in some parts of the night (also) offer the Salat (prayer) with it (i.e. recite the Quran in the prayer), as an additional prayer (Tahajjud optional prayer Nawafil) for you (O Muhammad SAW). It may be that your Lord will raise you to Maqaman Mahmuda (a station of praise and glory, i.e. the highest degree in Paradise!). 79 And say: My Lord! Cause me to come in with a firm incoming and to go out with a firm outgoing. And give me from Thy presence a sustaining Power. 80 And say: "The truth has now come [to light,] and falsehood has withered away: for, behold, all falsehood is bound to wither away!" 81 We send down in the Quran that which is healing and a mercy to those who believe; as for the evil-doers, it only increases their loss. 82 And when We bless man, he turns away, and withdraws aside; but when evil visits him, he is in despair. 83 Say to them, "Everyone acts in his own way, and your Lord knows best who is rightly guided." 84
