The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 So fear Allah and obey me' 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" 111 Said he: "And what knowledge could I have as to what they were doing [before they came to me]? 112 It is for my Lord to bring them to book, if you can understand. 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will be stoned to death." 116 He said: "My Lord! My people have branded me a liar. 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 So We saved him, and those who were with him in the laden ark, 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
