۞ Many as the angels be in heaven their intercession will not avail in the least without God's permission for whomsoever He please and approve. 26 Behold, it is [only] such as do not [really] believe in the life to come that regard the angels as female beings; 27 Yet they have no knowledge of this, and follow nothing but conjecture, but conjecture cannot replace the truth. 28 Then withdraw (O Muhammad) from him who fleeth from Our remembrance and desireth but the life of the world. 29 That is as far as knowledge will reach them. Verily thy Lord knoweth best those who stray from His Path, and He knoweth best those who receive guidance. 30 Everything in the heavens and on the earth belongs to God and so He will requite those who do evil in accordance with their deeds and will reward those left with that which is best, for those who do good. 31 Those who stay away from grave sins and indecency (should know that) for their trivial sins your Lord's forgiveness is vast. He knows best about you. When He created you from the earth and when you were embryos in your mother's wombs. Do not consider yourselves very great. God knows best who is the most righteous person. 32
