Blessed is He who has established constellations in the sky and made therein a lamp and a shining moon. 61 And it is He Who made the Night and the Day to follow each other: for such as have the will to celebrate His praises or to show their gratitude. 62 The servants of the All-merciful are those who walk in the earth modestly and who, when the ignorant address them, say, 'Peace'; 63 And these who pass the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing up. 64 who say, "Our Lord, ward off from us the punishment of Hell, for its punishment is a dreadful torment to suffer. 65 Indeed it is a most wretched abode. 66 who, when they expend, are neither prodigal nor parsimonious, but between that is a just stand; 67 And those who call not unto other god along with Allah and slay not any soul which Allah hath forbidden, save in justification, and commit not fornication. And whosoever shall do this, shall incur the meed. 68 Whose punishment will be doubled on the Day of Judgement, and he will live for ever in disgrace, 69 Save him who repenteth and believeth and worketh righteous work. Then these! for them Allah shall change their vices into virtues. Verily Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. 70 And whosoever repents and does righteous good deeds, then verily, he repents towards Allah with true repentance. 71 And those who do not give false testimony, and when they pass near some indecency, they pass by it saving their honour. 72 who do not turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the signs of their Lord when they are reminded of them; 73 And they who say: O our Lord! grant us in our wives and our offspring the joy of our eyes, and make us guides to those who guard (against evil). 74 [Such as] these will be rewarded for all their patient endurance [in life] with a high station [in paradise,] and will be met therein with a greeting of welcome and peace, 75 Abiding therein; excellent it is as an abode, and as a place to dwell. 76 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) “You have no value before My Lord if you do not worship Him; so you have denied – therefore the punishment that remains, will occur.” 77
