And indeed We gave Musa (Moses) the Scripture [the Taurat (Torah)]. So be not you in doubt of meeting him [i.e. when you met Musa (Moses) during the night of Al-Isra' and Al-Mi'raj over the heavens]. And We made it [the Taurat (Torah)] a guide to the Children of Israel. 23 And We made some leaders among them, guiding by Our command, when they had persevered; and they used to accept faith in Our signs. 24 Lo! thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that wherein they used to differ. 25 Does it not guide them [to see] how many generations We destroyed before them, among whose ruined dwellings they now walk about? There truly are signs in this -- will they not listen? 26 Observe they not that We drive water unto a land bare, and bring forth therewith crops whereof their cattle and they themselves eat? Will they not therefore be enlightened? 27 Yet they say: "When will this decree come, if you speak the truth?" 28 Say: 'On the Day of Victory their faith shall not profit the unbelievers, nor shall they be respited.' 29 So turn away from them, and wait: they too are waiting. 30
