▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 Then is relief, and flowers – and Gardens of peace. 89 And if he be of the Companions of the Right Hand, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 This is indeed the indubitable truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
