۞ Say: O My slaves who have been prodigal to their own hurt! Despair not of the mercy of Allah, Who forgiveth all sins. Lo! He is the Forgiving, the Merciful. 53 Turn to your Lord and submit to Him before His scourge overtakes you, for then you shall not be helped. 54 "And follow the best of (the courses) revealed to you from your Lord, before the Penalty comes on you - of a sudden while ye perceive not!- 55 Lest a person should say: “Alas for me for neglecting my duty towards Allah and for being among those that scoffed”; 56 Or, "If only God had guided me, I would surely have joined the God-fearing." 57 Or, he may say as he sees the punishment, "Would that I had a second chance, so that I could be among the doers of good." 58 But yes, there had come to you My verses, but you denied them and were arrogant, and you were among the disbelievers. 59 On the Day of Resurrection you shall see that the faces of those who had lied against Allah have turned dark. Is Hell not vast enough to provide a room to the vainglorious? 60 But God will deliver them who feared Him to their place of salvation. No evil shall touch them, nor shall they grieve. 61 Allah is the Creator of every thing and He has charge over every thing. 62 He has the keys of the heavens and the earth; and those who deny the revelations of God will be losers. 63
