Have you then seen him who turns his back? 33 who gave a little, and then stopped? 34 Does he have knowledge of the unseen, so he sees? 35 Or is he not informed with what is in the Pages (Scripture) of Musa (Moses), 36 And [of] Abraham, who fulfilled [his obligations] - 37 That no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another- 38 and that man shall have nothing but what he has striven for, 39 And that his endeavour shall be presently observed. 40 then, he shall be recompensed for it in full repayment 41 And that unto thy Lord is the goal. 42 that it is He who causes to laugh and causes to weep. 43 That it is He Who granteth Death and Life; 44 That He created pairs, male and female, 45 out of a [mere] drop of sperm as it is poured forth, 46 and that [therefore] it is within His power to bring about a second life; 47 that it is He who gives wealth and possessions; 48 and that it is He alone who sustains the brightest star; 49 and that it is He who destroyed the ancient [tribes of] Ad 50 and Thamood, sparing no one, 51 And the people of Nuh before; surely they were most unjust and inordinate; 52 And He destroyed the overthrown cities [of Sodom to which Prophet Lout (Lot) was sent]. 53 so that there covered it that which covered. 54 So, which of your Lord's bounties will you doubt?” 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 The (Judgment) ever approaching draws nigh: 57 There is no one to unveil it apart from God. 58 Are you astonished at this news, 59 and do you laugh, and do you not weep, 60 While you are proudly sporting? 61 Rather prostrate yourselves before Allah and serve Him. ۩ 62
