And indeed We gave Moosa the Book, hence there was discord regarding it; and were it not for a Word that had been previously passed from your Lord, the matter would have immediately been decided regarding them; and indeed they are in an intriguing doubt concerning it. 110 God will certainly recompense everyone according to their deeds; He knows well all that you do. 111 Therefore stand firm [in the straight path] as you are commanded, along with those who have turned to God with you, and do not exceed the bounds, for He sees everything you do. 112 And do not incline to those who are unjust, lest the fire touch you, and you have no guardians besides Allah, then you shall not be helped. 113 And keep up prayer in the two parts of the day and in the first hours of the night; surely good deeds take away evil deeds this is a reminder to the mindful. 114 And be patient, for surely Allah does not waste the reward of the good-doers. 115 If only there had been among the generations before you, persons having wisdom, prohibiting (others) from Al-Fasad (disbelief, polytheism, and all kinds of crimes and sins) in the earth, except a few of those whom We saved from among them. Those who did wrong pursued the enjoyment of good things of (this worldly) life, and were Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers in Allah, polytheists, sinners, etc.). 116 Your Lord would not have destroyed those people (of the towns) for their injustice if they had tried to reform themselves. 117 Had your Lord wanted, He would have made all people one united nation. They still have different beliefs 118 Except those on whom your Lord has mercy; and for this did He create them; and the word of your Lord is fulfilled: Certainly I will fill hell with the jinn and the men, all together. 119 And all We relate to you of the tidings of the Messengers is that whereby We strengthen your heart and through these the truth has come to you, and an admonition and a reminder to the believers. 120 Tell the unbelievers, "Do as you wish and I will do as I believe. 121 Wait, and I, too, will be waiting with you." 122 And Allah's is the Invisible of the heavens and the earth, and unto Him the whole matter will be returned. So worship Him and put thy trust in Him. Lo! thy Lord is not unaware of what ye (mortals) do. 123
