Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Verily, those who believe [in the Oneness of Allah and in His Messenger (Muhammad SAW)] and work deeds of righteousness, the Most Beneficent (Allah) will bestow love for them (in the hearts of the believers). 96 (Muhammad), We have given you the Book (the Quran) in your own language so that you could easily give the glad news to the pious ones and warn the quarrelsome ones. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
