Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
The desire to have more of the worldly gains have pre-occupied you so much (that you have neglected remembring God), 1 Until you come to the graves. 2 Nay! you shall soon know, 3 And once again: Nay, in time you will come to understand! 4 Nay, would that ye knew (now) with a sure knowledge! 5 you would see the fire of Hell. 6 You would see it with the eye of certainty. 7 Then on that day you will surely be asked about the verity of pleasures. 8
