AND, INDEED, We sent Moses with Our messages and a manifest authority [from Us] 96 To Firon and his chiefs, but they followed the bidding of Firon, and Firon's bidding was not right-directing. 97 He will go before his people on the Day of Judgment, and lead them into the Fire (as cattle are led to water): But woeful indeed will be the place to which they are led! 98 A curse was sent to follow them in this world and then upon them on the Day of Resurrection. Evil is the offering to be offered. 99 These are the tidings of the townships, which We relate to you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) – some of them still stand and some are cut off. 100 We did not wrong them; it is rather they who wronged themselves. And when the command of your Lord came to pass, the gods besides Allah whom they had called upon, did not avail them in the least. They added nothing to them except ruin. 101 Thus was the punishment of your Lord when He punished the unjust people of the towns. The punishment of your Lord is certainly severe. 102 Indeed in that (there) is a sure lesson for those who fear the torment of the Hereafter. That is a Day whereon mankind will be gathered together, and that is a Day when all (the dwellers of the heavens and the earth) will be present. 103 Nor shall We delay it but for a term appointed. 104 On the Day of Judgment no one will speak without the permission of God. Some will be condemned and others blessed. 105 As for those who were [destined to be] wretched, they will be in the Fire. For them therein is [violent] exhaling and inhaling. 106 Abiding there so long as the heavens and the earth endure save for that which thy Lord willeth. Lo! thy Lord is Doer of what He will. 107 ۞ And those who are blessed, they will be in Paradise, abiding therein for all the time that the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord will, a gift without an end. 108 So be not in doubt (O Muhammad SAW) as to what these (pagans and polytheists) men worship. They worship nothing but what their fathers worshipped before (them). And verily, We shall repay them in full their portion without diminution. 109
