We have set in heaven constellations and decked them out fair to the beholders, 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 Except one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame. 18 And the earth -- We stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein of every thing justly weighed, 19 and there appointed for you livelihood, and for those you provide not for. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 We send the winds fertilizing, and We send down out of heaven water, from which you drink and you are not its treasurers. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25
