▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for him who dreadeth the standing before his Lord will be two Gardens. 46 (jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 47 Having [spreading] branches. 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 In both of them are two fountains flowing. 50 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 51 In which are fruits of all kinds, each of two varieties. 52 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 53 They will recline upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruits of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 55 Upon thrones are the women who do not gaze at men except their husbands, and before them, are untouched by any man or jinn. 56 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 57 [There will be] maidens as fair as corals and rubies. 58 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 59 Is the reward for good [anything] but good? 60 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 61 And besides them, there are two more Gardens. 62 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 63 Both [gardens] of the darkest green. 64 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 65 In the Gardens are two springs, overflowing with abundance. 66 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 67 In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates. 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 71 [There the blessed will live with their] pure companions sheltered in pavilions. 72 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 73 No man or jinn ever touched them before. 74 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 75 They shall be reclining on green cushions and splendid carpets. 76 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, the Lord of Majesty and Glory. 78
God the Almighty always says the truth.
