۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 that this indeed is a noble Qur'an, 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 Can you not bring him back? (Answer) if you are truthful 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 But if one happens to be of those who are wont to call the truth a lie, and [thus] go astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 And roasting at hell-fire. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
