Hizb 38
< random >
The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds: 109 So fear God and follow me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 It is for my Lord to bring them to book, if you can understand. 113 Hence, I shall not drive away [any of] those [who profess to be] believers; 114 I am only a plain warner. 115 Said they: "Indeed, if thou desist not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be stoned to death!" 116 He said: "My Lord! Verily, my people have belied me. 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 and drowned the others. 120 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 122

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
