Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the emissary winds, (sent) one after another 1 storming tempestuously 2 by (the angels) spreading (the words of God) far and wide, 3 Then by those that clearly differentiate the right and wrong. 4 And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers, 5 excusing or warning, 6 Surely, what you are promised must come to pass. 7 Then when the stars become dim; 8 And when the heaven is cloven asunder. 9 The mountains reduced to dust and blown away, 10 And when the time comes for raising the little girls (buried alive) -- 11 to what day shall they be deferred? 12 For the Day of Judgement. 13 Would that you knew about the Day of Judgment! 14 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 15 Did We not destroy the men of old (for their evil)? 16 and make others settle after them in their land? 17 So We serve the sinners. 18 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 19 Did We not create you from a humble fluid, 20 then placed it in a secure repository [the womb], 21 for an appointed term? 22 Thus We arranged. How excellent is Our arranging! 23 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 24 Made We not the earth to be a housing 25 Of the living and the dead? 26 And made therein lofty mountains, and given you to drink of sweet water? 27 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 28 Depart to that you cried was lies! 29 Depart to a triple-massing shadow 30 which neither provides (cooling) shade nor protection against the flames; 31 Indeed, it throws sparks [as huge] as a fortress, 32 which seem as though they are yellow-coloured camels. 33 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 34 This is a day wherein they speak not, 35 And they will not be permitted to put forth any excuse. 36 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 37 This is the Day of Decision; We have gathered you and all the earlier men. 38 If you now have any conspiracy, carry it out on Me. 39 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 40

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
