Mutual Blaming (Al-Taghaabun)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth glorifieth Allah; unto Him belongeth Sovereignty and unto Him belongeth praise, and He is Able to do all things. 1 It is He who created you, though one of you is an infidel and one of you a believer; yet God perceives what you do. 2 He created the heavens and the earth with Truth and shaped you, giving you excellent shapes. And to Him is your ultimate return. 3 He knows what is within the heavens and earth and knows what you conceal and what you declare. And Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts. 4 Has not the story reached you, of those who rejected Faith aforetime? So they tasted the evil result of their conduct; and they had a grievous Penalty. 5 That was because their messengers came to them with clear signs, but they replied, "Shall mortals be our guides?" And so they rejected the truth and turned away. God has no need of such people; God is self-sufficient and worthy of all praise. 6 The disbelievers pretend that they will never be resurrected (for the Account). Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Yes! By my Lord, you will certainly be resurrected, then you will be informed of (and recompensed for) what you did, and that is easy for Allah. 7 Believe in Allah, and His Messenger, and in the Light which We have sent down. Allah is Aware of all that you do. 8 The Day on which He will gather you for the Day of Gathering; that is the Day of Loss and Gain. He who believes in Allah and does good deeds, Allah will acquit him of his evil deeds and admit him to Gardens underneath which rivers flow, where he shall live for ever. That is the mighty triumph. 9 But those who disbelieved (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) and denied Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they will be the dwellers of the Fire, to dwell therein forever. And worst indeed is that destination. 10
