No disaster strikes except by permission of Allah. And whoever believes in Allah - He will guide his heart. And whosoever is protected from niggardliness of his soul - those! they are the blissful. 16 If ye lend unto Allah a goodly loan, He will double it for you and will forgive you, for Allah is Responsive, Clement, 17 He knows that which is beyond the ken of perception as well as that which can be perceived.
