Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 and be devoted to your Lord's service. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
