And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers, who perform good deeds totally for Allah's sake only - see V. 2:112). 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
