Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Perish the hands of Abu Lahab, and perish he! 1 His wealth and his children (etc.) will not benefit him! 2 He will soon enter the flaming fire. 3 and his wife, the carrier of the firewood, 4 upon her neck a rope of palm-fibre. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
