And when Musa said to his servant: I will not cease until I reach the junction of the two rivers or I will go on for years. 60 When they reached the confluence they forgot the fish (they had brought as food) which swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 So when they had passed beyond it, [Moses] said to his boy, "Bring us our morning meal. We have certainly suffered in this, our journey, [much] fatigue." 62 He replied, "Did you see when we were resting by the rock, that I forgot the fish? Satan made me forget it, so I did not mention it. It made its way to the sea in a miraculous way!" 63 'This is what we have been seeking' said he, and they retraced their footsteps 64 So they found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught knowledge from Our own Presence. 65 Moses said to him: "May l follow you that you may teach me something of the wisdom which you have been taught?" 66 He said: Lo! thou canst not bear with me. 67 And how can you have patience in that of which you have not got a comprehensive knowledge? 68 Moses replied: "You shall find me, if Allah wills, patient; and I shall not disobey you in anything." 69 He (Khidr) said: "Then, if you follow me, ask me not about anything till I myself mention it to you." 70
