And man saith: when I am daed, Shall I be presently brought forth alive. 66 Does man not remember that We created him before, while he was nothing? 67 By your Lord, We shall most surely gather them and the devils too; and bring them close to hell on their knees. 68 Then We will separate from every group those who were strongly rebellious against the Beneficent God. 69 We surely know best those most deserving of the fires of hell, 70 And there is not one of you but shall come to it; this is an unavoidable decree of your Lord. 71 Then We shall deliver those that feared Allah and leave the wrong-doers there on their knees. 72 When Our revelations are recited to them, the unbelievers say to the faithful ones, "Which of us is more prosperous?" 73 And yet, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [people] who surpassed them in material power and in outward show! 74 Say, "The Gracious One grants respite for a time to those who are in error until, when they are confronted with what they are promised, either in punishment [in the world] or in [the approach of] the Hour, they will realize who is worse in respect of position and who is weaker in resources." 75 God further enlightens those who seek guidance. To those who do charitable deeds which produce continuing benefits, your Lord will give a better reward and a better place in Paradise. 76 Hast thou then seen the (sort of) man who rejects Our Signs, yet says: "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Has he seen the Hidden, or has he made a pact with the Most Gracious? 78 Indeed not. We shall record what he says and shall prolong the punishment for him. 79 And it is We only Who shall inherit what he says (belongs to him), and he will come to Us, alone. 80 They have taken other deities besides God, so that they may be a source of strength for them. 81 Instead, they shall reject their worship, and become adversaries against them. 82
